2 things continue to resonate this morning: 1) clarity of the life I want to live (I don’t have that yet but yesterday definitely helped me see how knowing what “closer” is protects me from automatically seeking more. 2) the distillation of (I think it was Penny’s) excel sheet and how that CASE rear view gave her more clarity of what to do more of and what to do less of - that is still powerful to me today.
Your discussion of the steps to our goal is so helpful. This time, I am going to pick up the audit. At the same time, I don't like the task the benefits out weigh my discomfort. Being in the group also lets me know I am not alone at this work.
Love these reflections, Penny. Yes, audits aren't much fun, and yet they provide the date to help craft the fastest and easiest way forward. Also agree that the Solopreneur Success Circle is a perfect antidote to the frustration and isolation of trying to go it alone! The replay, resources, and revised worksheet will be coming your way soon!
Scott, love reading through the aha moments of participants, my curiosity is high ;) “the 4 lenses exercise” amd time audit of what worked, so one doesn’t jump to something new!
Great to reconnect with you, Lenja! These exercises are super powerful, for sure. I just sent you an email with the replay preview and weekly audit along with the process guide. I hope you find them helpful and useful!
Great to hear from you, Lenja! Yes, the workshop was powerful, and exercises like the "Recapture & Reallocate" audit and the "Four Lenses" exercise can not only SAVE you a ton of time, attention, money, and effort but also significantly increase the amount of time attention, money, and energy you have so you can reallocate it to what really matters. I'll send you the replay and resources as soon as they're ready.
Yes. The rearview helps us see what’s already working and can be optimized and the four lenses help us make better decisions about what’s next, for sure, @Tania Marien. Thanks for this feedback. Play and resources coming your way soon!
Thanks Scott for another rich session. For me, what resonates is the Time Audit and seeing what worked in the last 90 days rather than jumping into the new shiny thing. Also the questions to ask BEFORE said jump.
These are great reflections, @Kym Dakin. Thank you! The time audit, btw, was done in a Google Spreadsheet. I’ll make a template for everyone. The Four Lenses exercise is a GREAT takeaway and should be completed before starting and new project. I’ll drop you the replay and resources soon!
Take-aways for me: 1. revisiting yet again, that look in the rearview mirror...it never fails to clarify my next step and 2. the A.S.E; I've done loads of C and UP UNTIL NOW wasn't doing anything with the data!
Yeah, that pesky rearview mirror is always there yet so often forgotten, Sandra! That you have access to data worth analyzing is a great head start (and we all do). I just sent you links to the replay, resources, and a worksheet PDF. Enjoy!
Checking my rearview mirror now and it's looking pretty great because of the excellent coaching I'm receiving and the fact I am engaging the field through the pain. (Also writing about the pain of engaging the field).
Love this reflection, Brie. The pain of engaging the field is proof of commitment and progress, and it is SO much more desirable than the suffering of staying stuck and spinning your wheels doing what you did yesterday, even though there's no data to show it's working (or ever will). Replay, resources, and revised worksheet are almost ready and will be sent your way soon!
Indeed, Elizabeth. We are programmed to chase more and new tools and tactics. However optimizing a system that is already working is a much more effective and efficient way to get closer to what we really want!
My main takeaway is the energetic — a clean, clear series of interlocking structures that wake up my organizational neurology and give me strong cognitive anchors for how I want to move forward.
I benefit from thinking in these vibratory frames... often need collaborative assistance finding and anchoring them... and it's so great to get to join you in the live presentation.
My body is immersed in the action step now. Events are unfolding!
This workshop has infused a lot of nutritive vim in my process. It is great fun.
I am super looking forward to the resources and updated worksheet! Thank you for your awesome work and generous support.
I absolutely LOVE these reflections, Megan. Thank you! Paying attention to, managing, and cultivating energy has been a real theme of our community conversations recently, but no one has articulated it or shared it as beautifully as you just did.
Sending you links to the replay, resources, and revised worksheet now!
The 4 Lenses and C.A.S.E. process are powerful force multipliers, @Jeff Horner, for sure. Sending you the replay, resource and revised worksheet links now!
Sad that I missed it. Yesterday was supposed to be a chill day and was the complete opposite. But what I get from other comments is to start taking stock of what I have and then "start with the end in mind".
No worries, Juan. Shift happens! I love the insight you gleaned. We learned in the workshop that rather than "start with the end in mind," start at the end and work backward. I'll send you the resources and replay when they're ready!

I love these takeaways, Jeff. More ≠ Closer, for sure! I'll contact you soon with the replay and resources!

Auditing is my next step. Especially through the four lenses you shared. It’s time for audits across the board. Thank you.
Just sent you links to the replay, resources, and revised worksheet, Tania. Please let me know if you didn't receive them!

I was just thinking about yesterday’s workshop as I was walking the circuit with my dogs this morning.
The 90-day question is a good way to hone tasks into an arrowhead.
Thanks Scott!
Thanks for this feedback, @Kato McNickle. The 90-day approach has been a gamechangers for me, for sure!
I’m sending you an email now with the links to the replay, resources, and revised worksheet!

Got it, thanks!!
Chances are, your 90 goals are happening- just stay on track! This is what I needed help with!
Indeed, Elizabeth. We are programmed to chase more and new tools and tactics. However optimizing a system that is already working is a much more effective and efficient way to get closer to what we really want!
Hi Scott, would love to watch the replay and get the worksheet. Thanks!
Just sent you an email with all the links, Chris!

I got a lot of ideas from the workshop. I want to put into practice the four lenses and the CASE prompts.

Good stuff! Thanks for that, Scott.
You’re very welcome, Juan. I hope you found something helpful/useful in the content!

That way you put it makes _even more_ sense. Looking forward to the resources :)
So bummed I missed it!
No worries, Elise. Let me know if you want early access to the replay and resources!
Yes!
I just finished editing and enhancing the replay ad they’re getting uploaded for distribution now, Elise. I’ll send you what’s available very soon!
Just sent you an email with the replay, resources, and process guide, Elise!
