I noticed I have started signing again since yesterday, this is a movement not only for me but my surroundings. Well not sure my signing voice is great but at least they can see I am happy 😊

Martha Beck is the author of The Way of Integrity (great book). She should be easy to find on Google. Jennifer is on Substack, but I don't think she has a publication here at the moment. If you Google Jennifer K. Hill, you'll find her.
