[LINDA] One of the things that I used to do in the morning when I woke up was to think about something I was doing in the day and envision how I would like to feel as I was doing it. Like, how can I make it feel the best?
I do this with all my speaking clients as well. For example, I envision, “How do I want to feel when I'm talking to these people?” How do I want to feel when I’m sitting at my desk creating? “How do I want to feel when going through my emails?”

Another way that I have just started to approach it, and this is not something new; it’s not something that I created, is to ask myself, “What would make this moment a 10?” I love asking that question, and I just started to ask myself throughout the day, “What would make this moment a 10?”
That allows us to stay on the journey because it’s not about getting somewhere. It’s about creating, developing, and growing.
We don't want to stop growing, and we won't be satisfied if we do. So, we may as well honor and appreciate where we are. So, what would make it a 10?
Linda just delivered important insights about making every day perfect in every way. What are you doing to make today a ten?
